Aqua Liner in the shade Classy
Our Aqua Liners are extremely pigmented eyeliners that are water activated! They are also UV receptive and glow under UV light! These pastel shades are perfect to add a pop of color to your makeup looks. They are smudgeproof, transferproof, vegan and cruelty free.
HOW TO APPLY:
- Open container and add a few drops of water to the lid. Do not pour water directly into the container.
- Wet your brush with the water placed on the lid. Only use water to activate.
- Activate the product with the wet brush by mixing it well until a thick smooth consistency is achieved.
- Apply the liner as desired. Not recommended for the immediate water line as the product is water activated.
